Ms. Angieli Tan is a fondant cake specialist. She specializes from miniature cake giveaways to towering masterpieces. Her passion for cake baking and decorating has started since her elementary years. She would then spend her school breaks in their family-owned bakeshop. During that time she was provided with countless opportunities to test new ideas. This passion of Ms. Tan created the Angelyn's Cakes Manila branch which was officially launched in 1991. She has also gained a wealth of experience as a result of extensive trips abroad and as an active member of a US based International Cake Exploration Societe.
